Terms of Service
By using Parkd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Safety first — do not interact with Parkd while driving. Parkd's drive tracking is automatic and hands-free: it starts and ends on its own. There is never a reason to touch the app behind the wheel. Never look at, touch, or operate your phone while driving. You are solely responsible for driving safely and obeying all traffic laws. Parkd does not encourage, reward, or condone speeding, racing, or any unsafe or unlawful driving.
Your account
- You must be old enough to hold a driver's license to use drive tracking.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
Content & conduct
- You own what you post (photos, messages, shared drives) and grant us the license needed to display it in the app.
- No harassment, hate, impersonation, or objectionable content. No content that glorifies dangerous driving.
- You can block any user and report any user or content from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
No warranty
Parkd is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that drive detection, stats, routes, or any other feature will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkd and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including, without limitation, anything that happens while you are driving. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use Parkd (currently: nothing).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Parkd and delete your account (and all your data) at any time from Settings.
